Objectives

  • To make the point about the Authentication service and its utilisation by the first web-service and visualisation tool.
  • Review of the progress against the plan drafted on the 26th of July call.

Agenda

  • Progresseses Update (CR, SM, NJ)
  • Start the integration of the Authentication within the services to be released (to be done for the end of October)
  • How to deal with Authentication once the next release software are being deployed (what is the recommended track).
    1. people access the services and authentication is by-passed
    2. people access the services with a dummy authentication (there we validate the mechanism in operatio)
    3. only GIdP registered people are authenticated and if the are authenticated with the GIdP, then they start tests as TCP throughput tests.
