Agenda


  1. Testing the AS
    • What is tested and how? (to introduce the topic)- DS/PM
    • SAML Assertion case - open question to CR
      • The issue is with the timestamp - 5 min, 10 min is too short.
      • The testers have to take the web-tool and copy paste the SAML assertion. The profile need a web-browser to get the security token using the SAML assertion. There is no other way.
      • David mentioned that there are some changes of the results code.
    • Installation testing and installation documentation
      • Not started. Don't know from where to start.
      • Needs redhat or fedora.
      • ANT scripts need to be tested too.
    • Inter-action with GIdP/eduGAIN - what do we do for this release?
      • GIdP used only for SAML assertion. Not used for the other profiles. It uses a certificate provided by eduGAIN (without really using eduGAIN). AS doesn't contact eduGAIN for authentication, the visualisation tool
    • LS registration, echo ping test status
      • CR: LS not tried before, echo ping
  2. AS testing capabilities for generic web-services - status DS/PM
    • The testers are using Candido's test tool. They can send any request they want.

Actions

  1. CR change the web-application to change the duration for the credential (04/03).
  2. DS to send to CR the messages send to ensure that they are the ones expected. (04/03)
  3. LM to verify with Loukik about the results code documentation. (06/03)
  4. NS to push for the protocol for the errors messages in Zagreb. (in meeting agenda)
  5. LM to send pointer to the AS service and about the installation documentation (04/03)
  6. Test visualperfSONAR and authentication. Not sure it is finished. (next release call)
  7. NS: investigate: perform more thorough tests between the visualisation and authorisation. CR: only doubt only make some tests with SSH/Telnet MP. We need to see the authentication process with all the processes and see how they work with them. Set-up an visualisation tests environment with the data.
  8. CR update the documentation wiht the installation actions by rpms (end of Wednesday)
  9. DS to test ANT installation and RPMs for the next (for next release call)
  10. NS check with Loukik about installing using ANT and testing. (04/03)
  11. MM to investigate for the next release the testing of pS base and if no individual test features are requested.
  12. DS to functional test the AS, including the registration and echo-ping (06/03)
