RL- Worked on Logging functionality, Encountered issues with System properties. Worked on Client files
GP- Worked on client. Made some changes to the one sent by LK. Tested the changes against test deployment at DANTE. Client now takes in parameters via command line and constructs an xml, contacts the service and sends the xml to it
MS- Worked on SAX parsing of messages. It reads xml and converts them into objects using SAX. First draft of the class strucutre to be used by the service is on the wiki. Very minor changes can be expected.
LK- Worked on class structure generated by JAXME. Worked on service.properties and integrating it into current code
JB- Worked on class structure generated by JAXME. Worked on sketching logic for Message Handler.
AH- No major work done over the last week

Reasons for choosing SAX parser is mainly based on functionality needs (extensibility) which is difficult to achieve using DOM and JAXME.
Some work already done on configuration files to contain information needed for collecting data using snmp at DANTE by a student. LK to send info on this to RL, MS and JB
