Pathload
PathLoad is a tool that estimates the available bandwidth of a network path. The idea behind PathLoad is that when the stream rate of a flow is larger than the available bandwidth, the one-way-delay of successive packets increases. It uses an iterative algorithm that sends packet trains at different rates to pinpoint the available bandwidth.
