  1. Developer status update on Hand-over of software and all specification documents and change logs:
    1. ALL - Web Admin Jar - 0.8.1b is available - final version of the web admin stuff (html+css+jar):
      1. Developers don't need to do anything else, just update the jar and html css and .js files to the latest version.
      2. 0.8.1b - perfsonar-web-admin jar is on SVN trunk
      3. 0.8.1b - html + css is here
      4. All developers please make sure to read the updated Product Build Guide Document
      5. Michalis suggests that the developers write a document with information about the wizard configuration for their services. ACTION ONGOING Loukik to talk to Michalis and Gina about Installation actions document planning.
    2. Candido - Authentication Service
      1. Documentation and change log available on SVN trunk - ACTION NEW: Documentation still to be updated to reflect new message type ErrorResponse.
      2. Software - RC4 is available? Is it the final RC?
      3. Testing update (David and Patricia) - scripts are ready, result codes for the AS are here. Updates?
        1. ACTION NEW: Loukik and Michalis to schedule a conf. call to talk to David and Patricia to clearly understand what has been done so far on the testing of the AS.
        2. ACTION ONGOING: David to send to Cándido the messages sent to the service, to ensure that they are the ones expected - not able to get progress information.
        3. ACTION ONGOING: David to do functional test on the AS, including the registration and echo-ping - not able to get progress information.
    3. Roman - RRD MA
      1. Documentation - All documents and change log on SVN trunk - Documentation updated to reflect new message type ErrorResponse - done.
      2. Software - 3.0-RC5 is available. Is it the final RC?
      3. Testing update (Michalis) - Scripts are ready. A bug in the authentication process was found and reported on bugzilla and to Candido. Roman says it must be a problem with AS and not RRD-MA. Any news on this topic? Tests on RC4 ready?

        1. ACTION ONGOING Roman to read test reports and comment on them.
    4. Roman - SQL MA
      1. Documentation - All documents and change log on SVN trunk - Documentation updated to reflect new message type ErrorResponse - done.
      2. Software - 2.0-RC5 is available. Is it the final RC?
      3. Testing update (Sasa Cavara) - scripts are ready. Testing completed on RC4. There is no change in testing progress since last week's report. SQL MA RC5 has just been released and Sasa didn't have a chance to do any testing on it. Unless big problems appear, it should be done by middle of next week.
        1. ACTION ONGOING Loukik to discuss SQL MA testing with Michalis - how is it that there are problems with LS and AA for Michalis but not for Sasa - are there configuration issues? Roman does updates first on SQL-MA and later on RRD-MA, maybe that's the cause? Let's wait for results of RC4 testing on RRD-MA.
    5. Stijn - SSH-Telnet MP
      1. Documents and change log on SVN trunk - ACTION NEW: Update documentation to reflect new message type ErrorResponse.
      2. Software - 1.3-RC4 is available, already with new psBase and web admin. Is it the final RC?
      3. Testing Update (Panagiotis) - all tests done on RC3. Found some minor bugs, and some inconsistent commands between Juniper and Cisco. Panagiotis thinks this is a major bugs, but Stijn disagrees. ACTION NEW:Loukik and Michalis to discuss this with Panagiotis and Stijn.
    6. Verena - BWCTL MP
      1. Documentation and change log available on DFN Erlangen SVN - Documentation updated to reflect new message type ErrorResponse - done.
      2. Software - 0.4-RC4 is out. Waiting for feedback from testing to produce another RC. WebAdmin tool rework: visuals have been received, the WebAdmin tool will be adjusted. Michalis already has a running version of the new web admin, Verena will look at it.
      3. Testing update (Stijn) Java scripts are ready. Tests not finished, trying to install service on Debian. Stijn will send Loukik his public key so that he can install and test the service on Dante Red Hat server. Stijn predicts needing one day or two to test the service after installing it. Updates on this?
    7. Maciej - Single LS
      1. Documentation and change log available on SVN trunk - ACTION NEW:Update documentation to reflect new message type ErrorResponse.
      2. Software - 1.2-RC4 is available? With new web admin and after a review of open bugs? Is it the final RC?
      3. Testing update (Prodromos) - scripts are ready. Testing on RC4 is finished. Nothing more to test for the moment.
    8. Guilherme - CLI MP
      1. Documentation and change logs available on SVN trunk - Documentation updated to reflect new message type ErrorResponse?
      2. Software - CL-MP 2.0-RC3 is out. Is RC4 available with new web admin? Is it the final RC?
      3. Testing (Jochem) - scripts ready to support new features. RC3 testing has finished?
        1. Jochem already made sure that bugs are corrected for:

          2. Traceroute functionality

          1. AA support - Maurizio has already created an account for Jochem, he sent him his PGP key. Now waiting for login and password.

    10. Maxim and Yee - Pinger
      1. Documentation - still being updated.
      2. Software - PingER is on track, aligned with perfSONOBuoy. Went through extensive testing and a couple of deployments. Web admin is almost ready.
      3. Testing - ready and done.
    11. ACTION:Infrastructure to help functional testing - Test Infrastructure:
      1. A LS deployed so that people can register the information - DONE
      2. An AS service for people to test the authentication - DONE
      3. A server is ready and configured with Red-Hat. Debian and Free BSD will be available if there is a strong need for them. DONE
        1. ACTION ONGOING:Loukik will start writing about using war files on the Product Build Guid document, and then Roman will review and complete this. Objective is to create war files for all java services. Almost done.
        2. ACTION ONGOING:Loukik to discuss deb maker scripts and update functionality with Guilherme - almost done, passing through tests.
      4. Each development team will install the latest RC of their services and make a link for them available on the Wiki. If anyone needs to use DANTE server, just ask.
  2. AOB - ACTION ONGOING Michalis to ask the service functional testers to change the testing scripts to test if ErrorResponse message type is implemented, if the service RNC files are updated, and to fill a bug report otherwise.

    3. Roman - RRD MA
      1. Documentation - All documents and change log on SVN trunk - Documentation updated to reflect new message type ErrorResponse - done.
      2. Software - 3.0-RC5 is available. RC6, only with web admin and no more changes, will be out after or during Zagreb meeting.
        1. ACTION NEW: Nicholas asked Roman to install the latest RC of RRD-MA so that visualization tools developers can test their services against RRD-MA.
      3. Testing update (Michalis) - Scripts are ready. Tests on RC5 will be ready tomorrow.

        1. ACTION DONE Loukik to discuss SQL MA testing with Michalis - how is it that there are problems with LS and AA for Michalis but not for Sasa - are there configuration issues? Roman does updates first on SQL-MA and later on RRD-MA, maybe that's the cause? Let's wait for results of RC4 testing on RRD-MA. No problems were found.
    5. Stijn - SSH-Telnet MP
      1. Documents and change log on SVN trunk - ACTION DONE: Documentation ready to reflect new message type ErrorResponse.
      2. Software - 1.3-RC4 is available, already with new psBase and web admin. Is it the final RC?
      3. Testing Update (Panagiotis) - all tests done on RC3. Found some minor bugs, will fill them on Bugzilla. Testing on RC4 will take 1 or 2 days. ACTION NEW:Some passwords on the routres have expired, Panagiotis to contact Gabor to solve this problem.
        1. Some inconsistent commands between Juniper and Cisco. Panagiotis thinks this is a major bugs, but Stijn disagrees. ACTION DONE:Loukik and Michalis to discuss this with Panagiotis and Stijn - This is a design bug, we will ignore it for this release, only announce it, and Nicholas will make sure to assign the resolution to someone.
    6. Verena - BWCTL MP
      1. Documentation and change log available on DFN Erlangen SVN - Documentation updated to reflect new message type ErrorResponse - done.
      2. Software - 0.4-RC4 is out. Waiting for feedback from testing to produce another RC. WebAdmin tool rework is done. Gina will verify this and sign this off.
      3. Testing update (Stijn) Java scripts are ready. Tests not finished. Stijn has sent Loukik his public key (but in wrong format) so that he can install and test the service on Dante Red Hat server. Stijn predicts needing one day or two to test the service after installing it. So, hopefully tests will be finished and a new RC will be out (if needed) during the week of 07 April.
    7. Maciej - Single LS
      1. Documentation and change log available on SVN trunk - ACTION DONE:Documentation updated to reflect new message type ErrorResponse.
      2. Software - 1.2-RC5 will be available today or tomorrow, hopefully will be last RC. Will send an email to Prodromos as soon as the RC5 is out, so testing can start.
        1. ACTION NEW: Maciej to create tags on SVN for RC5.
      3. Testing update (Prodromos) - scripts are ready. Testing on RC4 is finished - all test cases succeed excluding those resolved as library bugs. Nothing more to test for the moment. If there exist no bugs then testing RC5 will not take more than 1-2 days (best case). Otherwise it can take up to a week (worst case).
    8. Guilherme - CLI MP
      1. Documentation and change logs available on SVN trunk - ACTION ONGOING: Update documentation to reflect new message type ErrorResponse.
      2. Software - CL-MP 2.0-RC3 is out. RC4 will be available today with new web admin? Is it the final RC?
      3. Testing (Jochem) - scripts ready to support new features. RC3 testing has finished. RC4 will be ready this week.

    1. Loukik announces that all developers are to produce end results in three flavors. Build guide currently explains two (RPMs and WAR files). Guilherme's email explains the 3rd.
    2. Auth. Service - The Web admin should ideally contain the AS control bits in the basic installation part also (just like the LS). It isnt' the case so far and for RRD MA, properties were totally missing (strange?). LK will talk to Gina to get the property group name fixed and all developers have to make sure that the basic installation process contains these bits.
