  1. Developer status update on Hand-over of software (11 January until 01 February) and all specification documents and change logs:
    1. Candido - Authentication Service
      1. Documentation complete, available on SVN trunk . Change Logs?
      2. Software - Cândido has produced tags/GEANT2-JAVA-AS-1.0-RC1/ - already with admin servlets and rpm installation
      3. Testing update - testing did not start yet, because Candido is having some problems with the server where AS is installed. Hopefully those problems will be solved until tomorrow, and testing will start. Michalis will check the tool that Cándido developed to test AA on other web services.
        1. ACTION NEW Cándido or Michalis to indicate the URL of the AS service to test the other web-services against.
        2. ACTION NEW Cándido (i) to confirm with the group if GIdP credential are required when testing one's web-service against the Authentication service and (ii) the where to get credential from (Maurizio or from local GIdP NREN administrator)
        3. ACTION NEW Michalis to contact David and Patricia to ask them if they can install the AS from scratch as part of testing the service.
    2. Roman - RRD MA
      1. Documentation - All documents on SVN. Change Logs as well.
      2. Software - RC2 ready to be created as soon as Michalis issues a web admin library with the required changes. It will happen by Monday.
      3. Testing - Functional
        1. ACTION DONE Ilias to finish funcional testing scripts by Wednesday, 06 Fev. Michalis to follow on that. Ilias placed the scripts on the SVN. Michalis will check them and run the testing against the new RC.

        2. ACTION ONGOING Roman to read test reports and comment on them. Will do that before next meeting.

        1. E2EMON : Roman wants to discuss in detail with Nicolas and Loukik what he needs to develop. ACTION NEW Roman, Nicholas and Roman to schedule a conf. call to discuss this issue.
        2. Admin servlet (Michalis) - middle of next week deadline met? - Michalis will finish tomorrow.
      3. Testing update - All tests (L2 status and Interface based) according to the documents (functional testing specification) are uploaded to SVN. Sasa found a few bugs but didn't submit them to bugzilla. He will do that by the end of the week.
    4. Stijn - SSH-Telnet MP
      1. Documentation complete, available on SVN. Will deliver Change Logs.
      2. Software - New RC with RPM installation and web admin is ready for testing.
      3. Testing
        1. ACTION DONE: Ilias to finish the testing scripts and talk to Panagiotis until Wednesday, 06 Fev. Michalis to follow on this. Scripts are on the SVN, Michalis will look at them and upgrade them if necessary. Ilias spoke to Panagiotis, that has already looked at the scripts. He will run the scripts against the new RC (1.3-RC1).
        2. ACTION NEW Nicholas to send Michalis the issues found on the MDM Pilot so that Michalis can change the testing scripts to address those issues.
    5. Verena - BWCTL MP
      1. Documentation complete. Change Logs?
      2. Software - new RC announced during the last call is released.
      3. ACTION DONE Michalis to get an update about the web admin status for BWCTL - Verena is working on the web admin interface. A preview will be available till end of this week.
      4. Testing update
        1. Test cases document - not started? Due to lack of manpower, use the old java scripts so that Stijn would just test the service? Old test scripts will not test new functionalities. ACTION DONE Michalis to contact Verena to see what the changes are exactly. Changes are extensive, the options are:
          1. i) Have someone new developing SOAP-UI test scripts (one month);
          2. ii) Have Stijn extending the existing java scripts to cover new functionalities;
          3. iii) Have someone that is already familiar with SOAP-UI developing SOAP-UI test scripts.
        2. ACTION NEW Michalis and Nicholas to discuss these options and choose one.
      5. ACTION ONGOING Jochem to update Product Build Guide document for Perl services.
    6. Maciej - Single LS
      1. Documentation - ready. Change Logs?
      2. Software - Wizard for LS is ready - RPMs are generated properly but weren't tested yet, so the new micro release hasn't been done - some minor changes were done (schema definitions, ant targets, wizard code)
      3. ACTION DONE Luis to investigate if Dante has a server with RedHat installed so that Maciej and Roman can test the RPM installation - Roman has already tested on a server Michalis arranged.
      4. ACTION NEW Roman needs a Sun server with Solaris for testing. Nicholas to arrange this.
      5. Testing update - Prodromos thinks that one week will be enough for testing the new RC, as long as the open bugs are closed by Maciej.
        1. ACTION ONGOING Maciej to look at LS bugs on Bugzilla.
    7. Guilherme - CLI MP
      1. Documentation - Will be finished beginning of next week. Change Logs?
      2. Software - currently working on Admin Servlets (almost done) and on the documents (fixed the RNCs and writing the rest of the Interface Specification Document). Still not sure if AA will be present in the release for 3.0. RC2 should be ready at most by Saturday morning, with everything finished.
      3. Testing - Jochem is not being able to find the testing scripts that were used to test CLI-MP on last release. ACTION ONGOING Michalis to try to get them. Jochem has started functional testing of the CL-MP, but he delayed the next steps until the installable RC and the corresponding documentation is available.
        1. Normal functionality, support for AA, cron/store functionality (schedule measurement)?
    8. Jeff and Aaron - perfSONOBuoy - everything still on track for the end of February. This is a good enough date to enter the 3.0 Release.
      1. Documentation - end of Feb.
      2. Software - end of Feb.
