  2. Progress update on dissemination to developers on admin servlets - Michalis
    1. Documentation has been prepared and is available on the svn, will be announced today. Documentation is part of the product build guide
    2. Jar file (version 0.5b) has been uploaded. Most work is complete except SQL servlet.
    3. Developers should read the document and ask any questions that they may have.
    4. Integration of servlets into services (Java based) is very trivial. If services only need the basic properties configuration servlets, this can be done in less than an hour. If more work is needed, it is estimated that a day or two would be sufficient.
    5. All details on how to integrate servlets is explained in the document.
  3. Developer status update on Hand-over of software (11 January until 01 February) and all specification documents and change logs:
    1. Common actions
      1. ACTION - NEW - All developers to read through product build guide for information on rpm building and servlet integration and provide feedback to the release management.
    2. Candido - Authentication Service
      1. Candido provided update via email as he was unable to join the call.
      2. Documentation - Complete, available on SVN trunk
      3. Software - Stable branch available, getting closer to RC, tests can be started on stable branch
      4. Testing
        1. Test cases document - will be made available as soon as svn write access is available (?)
        2. Test scripts - being prepared, (?). Michalis enquired about the status of a 'module' which can help other testers in testing the AS functionality. David said that such a module is available for the tests that he has carried out
        3. Actual testing - David reports that he has conducted tests on the stable branch for certificate based AS testing. He reports that SAML testing might be very difficult or not possible at all.
        4. ACTION - NEW: David to upload test cases document, test scripts and his module to help other developers onto SVN
      5. Installation - Candido's comments on the product build guide haven't been received yet.
    3. Roman - RRD MA
      1. Roman is not on the call. As a result, update from him on documentation and software are not available. Below update is based on activity seen so far
      2. ACTION - NEW: Luis to contact Roman for an update on RRD MA and SQL MA as well as feedback on product build guide.
      3. Documentation - Has been updated as per specs
      4. Software - Release candidate without full features have been prepared to assist testing
      5. Testing - Functional
        1. Functional Test cases document - ready, will be uploaded by Michalis soon
        2. Test scripts for soap ui - ready, being tweaked
        3. ACTION - NEW: Ilias to upload functional test scripts (for soap ui) onto the svn
        4. ACTION - DONE: Ilias to work on test cases document based on RC and document available and upload it onto svn
      6. Testing - Performance
        1. Ilias tested on weak server and reported bad performance (especially after 100 interfaces). Upon testing on a better spec machine, metadata key requests seemed to be doing much better but soap ui couldn't handle setupdata requests
        2. Jeff mentioned about soap ui issues that they encountered (experience from Jason). Suggested to use a lightweight perl script like the one in use by Brian
        3. ACTION - NEW: Ilias to investigate perl based script to help in benchmarking. Ilias will find out if Internet2's perl code can be reused.
    4. Roman - SQL MA
      1. Roman is not on the call. As a result, update from him on documentation and software are not available. Below update is based on activity seen so far
      2. Software - RCs to test have been made available by Roman.
        1. ACTION - ONGOING - LK to provide update on use-cases for write interface along with E2Emon MP design with Roman
      3. Testing
        1. Functional test cases document - Ready but not yet uploaded because of SVN write issues.
        2. ACTION - NEW: LK to investigate SVN write access issues for Sasa as well as David and Patricia.
        3. Functional testing scripts - Being prepared, l2 path status tests to start on 14th. Utilisation based tests expected to be complete by 23rd January.
      4. Admin servlet for SQL (Michalis) - Being prepared, expected to be complete by (?)
    5. Stijn - SSH-Telnet MP
      1. Documentation - Delivered
      2. Software - Ongoing, expect to complete by January 22nd provided integration of rpm and admin servlets takes 2 days.
      3. Testing
        1. Documentation - ACTION - ONGOING: Ilias will document test cases by 18th of January based on the documents
      4. Installation - comments on the product build guide - Stijn hasn't read through the document to provide comments.
    6. Verena - BWCTL MP
      1. Documentation - complete, not yet on DFN SVN
        1. ACTION-ONGOING: Verena to upload documents on DFN's svn and provide links to all docs + change logs to release management
      2. Software - Expected to be on-time, no update from Verena.
      3. Testing - Stijn will start testing once he is done with his release candidate
        1. Test cases document - not started
      4. Installation - comments on product build guide not yet received. 1st RC will include rpm stuff and admin servlets.
      5. ACTION-ONGOING: Michalis and Verena to keep communicating on the look and feel aspects of web administration stuff. Michalis to make sure Verena is updated with the new css and styling info.

      1. Documentation - almost ready. Will be complete by 11 January

    9. Guilherme - CLI MP
      1. Guilherme not available for update.
      2. ACTION-NEW: Loukik to talk to Guilherme to get an update especially about the documents

      4. Software: No update on this - expected by 11th of January
      5. Testing
        1. Test cases - Jochen has some test cases written down but hasn't been able to update them because of lack of documentation
        2. Test scripts - Most of the test scripts can be reused because no large changes have occurred. New test scripts for new functionality will be created based on test cases required.
      6. Installation - no comments on servlet sections received so far.
  4. Internet2 and SLAC - Timelines on Hand-over of software and documentation.

    3. Internet2 dev. meeting in Hawaii in two weeks time. ACTION-NEW: Jeff and Maxim to provide dates for 1st RC and finalized test scripts as soon as they are available or after the dev. group meeting in Hawaii
    4. Internet2 func. testing. ACTION-NEW: Brian to look at SOAP UI tool for functional testing.
