  1. Developer status update on Hand-over of software (18 January until 22 February) and all specification documents and change logs:
    1. Candido - Authentication Service
      1. Documentation and change log complete, available on SVN trunk.
      2. Software - Cândido has produced AS-1.0-RC1 already with admin servlets and rpm installation
      3. Testing update (David and Patricia) - scripts are ready and tests have started?
        1. ACTION Cándido or Michalis to indicate the URL of the AS service to test the other web-services against
        2. ACTION Cándido (i) to confirm with the group if GIdP credential are required when testing one's web-service against the Authentication service and (ii) the where to get credential from (Maurizio or from local GIdP NREN administrator)
        3. ACTION Michalis to contact David and Patricia to ask them if they can install the AS from scratch as part of testing the service.
    2. Roman - RRD MA
      1. Documentation - All documents and change log on SVN trunk.
      2. Software - RC2 is available? Michalis has issued a web admin library with the required changes?
        1. ACTION Roman needs a Sun server with Solaris for testing. Nicholas to arrange this.
      3. Testing update (Michalis) - Functional - Scripts are ready? Run the scripts as soon as RC is ready?

    3. Roman - SQL MA
      1. Documentation - All documents and change log on SVN trunk.
      2. Software - Date for RC2? Michalis has finished changes on the admin servlets?

        2. ACTION Roman, Nicholas and Loukik to schedule a conf. call to discuss what needs to be developed from E2EMON MP.

      2. Software - New RC is release without web admin interface. Preview available?
      3. Testing update (?) - scripts are not ready.
        1. ACTION Michalis and Nicholas to discuss these options and choose one:
          1. Have someone new developing SOAP-UI test scripts (one month);
          2. Have Stijn extending the existing java scripts to cover new functionalities
          3. Have someone that is already familiar with SOAP-UI developing SOAP-UI test scripts
        2. Old test scripts will not test new functionalities. ACTION Michalis to contact Verena to see what the changes are exactly.
      4. ACTION ONGOING Jochem to update Product Build Guide document for Perl services.

      2. Software - CL-MP 2.0 RC2 is ready with web admin support and RPM installation.
      3. Testing (Jochem) - scripts are ready? Testing started on RC2?
        1. Will test for normal functionality and/or support for AA and/or cron/store functionality (schedule measurement)?
      4. ACTION Michalis to try to get the testing scripts that were used to test CLI-MP on last release.
    8. Jeff and Aaron - perfSONOBuoy - if everything is still on track for the end of February, this will be a good enough date to enter the 3.0 Release

  1. Developer status update on Hand-over of software (18 January until 22 February) and all specification documents and change logs:
    1. Candido - Authentication Service
      1. Documentation and change log complete, available on SVN trunk.
      2. Software - Cándido is going to release RC2 tomorrow with very minor changes: using the last webadmin tool jar file and some changes in the wizard.template file.
      3. Testing update (David and Patricia) - scripts are ready. No news on if the tests have started.
        1. ACTION ONGOING Cándido or Michalis to indicate the URL of the AS service to test the other web-services against - being done by Michalis.
        2. ACTION DONE Cándido (i) to confirm with the group if GIdP credential are required when testing one's web-service against the Authentication service and (ii) the where to get credential from (Maurizio or from local GIdP NREN administrator) - Better to get the credentials from Maurizio.
        3. ACTION ONGOING Michalis to contact David and Patricia to ask them if they can install the AS from scratch as part of testing the service - Michalis will also contact David and Patricia to get updates on how testing is going.
    2. Roman - RRD MA
      1. Documentation - All documents and change log on SVN trunk.
      2. Software - 3.0-RC2 is available today, ready for 32 and 64 bits architectures.
        1. ACTION ONGOING Roman needs a Sun server with Solaris for testing. Nicholas to arrange this.
      3. Testing update (Michalis) - Functional - Scripts are ready, Michalis will install the service tomorrow and run the testing scripts.
      4. Testing - Performance
        1. ACTION ONGOING Roman to read test reports and comment on them - no time this week (concentrated on RRD-MA), probably no time nex week (will concentrate on SQL-MA), will do this in two weeks.
    3. Roman - SQL MA
      1. Documentation - All documents and change log on SVN trunk.
      2. Software - RC2 will be ready during next week.
        1. Admin servlet (Michalis) - Michalis has finished changes on the admin servlets. These changes need testing, Roman will test while implementing them on SQL-MA.
        2. ACTION ONGOING Roman, Nicholas and Loukik to schedule a conf. call to discuss what needs to be developed from E2EMON MP - Roman has received no news from Loukik or Nicholas.
      3. Testing update (Sasa Cavara) - scripts are ready, needs two days to run the scripts when new RC is out.
        1. Sasa submitted bugs on Bugzilla, Roman will look into them. Are not critical bugs.
    4. Stijn - SSH-Telnet MP
      1. Documentation complete, available on SVN trunk. Change Logs will be there today or tomorrow.
      2. Software - New RC with RPM installation and web admin is ready for testing.
      3. Testing - Panagiotis is expected to start testing as soon as accounts are ready on routers. Scripts are ready, only AA testing is not on the scripts, but will probably use the tool developed by Cándido, so no need to develop more scripts.
        1. ACTION ONGOING: Nicholas to send Michalis the issues found on the MDM Pilot so that Michalis can change the testing scripts to address those issues.
    5. Verena - BWCTL MP
      1. Documentation and change log available on DFN Erlangen SVN
      2. Software - New RC is release without web admin interface. Preview available and approved by Michalis and Gina. Verena is on holidays, no date for next RC.
      3. Testing update - scripts are not ready.
        1. ACTION DONE Michalis and Nicholas to discuss these options and choose one - Stijn will extend the existing java scripts to cover new functionalities - it will take 2 or 3 weeks, taking into account that no serious bugs are found on SSH-TELNET MP that need to be corrected.
      4. ACTION ONGOING Jochem to update Product Build Guide document for Perl services - Jochem is developing documentation for the service, after that will update the PBG document.
    6. Maciej - Single LS
      1. Documentation and change log available on SVN trunk.
      2. Software - 1.2 RC RPM available for download.
        1. Web Admin for LS - editing properties configuration files issue - this concerns all services - ACTION NEW Michalis can start working on this by the end of next week.
      3. Testing update (Prodromos) - scripts are ready. Prodromos will start testing today by installing the service, check if documentation is ok, test AA and then run the functional testing scripts.
        1. ACTION DONE Maciej to look at LS bugs on Bugzilla - many bugs related to NMWG implementation, will not be corrected for this release.
    7. Guilherme - CLI MP
      1. Documentation and change logs being finished on SVN trunk?
      2. Software - CL-MP 2.0 RC2 is ready with web admin support and RPM installation.
      3. Testing (Jochem) - scripts are almost ready, still has to create missing tests from last release. Already installed RC2, testing will start tomorrow. Expected two weeks to have everything ready.
        1. Will test for normal functionality and/or support for AA and/or cron/store functionality (schedule measurement)?
      4. ACTION DONE Michalis to try to get the testing scripts that were used to test CLI-MP on last release - tests were not found, scripts will have to be coded again.
    8. Jeff and Aaron - perfSONOBuoy - if everything is still on track for the end of February, this will be a good enough date to enter the 3.0 Release
