  1. Developer status update on Hand-over of software (11 January until 01 February) and all specification documents and change logs:
    1. Candido - Authentication Service
      1. Documentation complete, available on SVN trunk
      2. Software - Stable branch available, Web Admin integration & RC1 by 25th of Jan
      3. Testing update
        1. Testing ongoing, Test scripts ready for X.509, work ongoing for SAML assertions
        2. Test plugin for other testers - Will work for X.509 automatically but for SAML, assertion has to be generated by the tester with the help of Candido's webpages and used in the scripts
        3. ACTION - ONGOING David to upload test cases document, test scripts and his module to help other developers onto SVN
        4. ACTION - NEW Michalis to review latest version of test cases document
      4. Product build guide - no comments, all seems okay for now
    2. Roman - RRD MA
      1. Documentation - All documents on SVN (trunk)
      2. Software - no comments on RC1 received so far. Next RC with complete integration of web admin and RPM stuff by 25th of Jan.
      3. Testing - Functional
        1. Test scripts ready, document ready. Test scripts used - all tests okay some minor issues to be reported
        2. Store request is not stable and should be marked as experimental by developer in documents
        3. ACTION - NEW Roman to mark down store request for RRD MA as experimental in the document
        4. ACTION - NEW Ilias to report test results (issues) in bugzilla asap
        5. ACTION - ONGOING Ilias to upload functional test scripts (for soap ui) onto the svn - latest by 16th of Jan.
        6. ACTION - ONGOING Ilias to work on test cases document based on RC and document available and upload it onto svn - latest by 16th of Jan.
      4. Testing - Performance
        1. ACTION - COMPLETED: Ilias to investigate perl based script to help in benchmarking. Ilias will find out if Internet2's perl code can be reused.
        2. Ilias has managed to build a simple client code in perl which sends and receives a request. Emulation of perfSONAR UI and CNM will be next tasks.

        2. Updating LS register and de-register operations, query and keep alive requests as per new document - expected to finish by 25th Jan.
      4. Comments on build guide - What about questions asked by the servlets?
        1. ACTION-NEW - LK to talk to all developers about how look and feel of the servlets will be handled.

      1. No update here because Guilherme is not on the call.

        1. No progress by Jochen in this area???
    8. Jeff and Aaron - perfSONOBuoy
      1. Documentation - end of Feb.
      2. Software - 2nd or 3rd week of Feb.
      3. Testing - end of Feb. Stable branch available for testing with similar services
      4. Web Admin - perfSONOBuoy doesn't have many administration features in line with what is being done for other products. This won't be ready by end of february but maybe in the future.
        1. ACTION - ONGOING: Loukik to study the effect of the release dates for this product and discuss it with Nicolas.
    9. Maxim and Yee - Pinger
      1. Documentation - complete but available in a different format - Protocol and functional+interface spec and deployment configuration (installation manual) - one set of documents for MP and MA.
      2. Software
        1. LS interactions not implemented. Because of code reuse, this depends on the rest of the pS-ps services. Predicted for 21st of Jan
        2. Web Admin - Work started for MP configuration. For MA, prefer DFN work to be reused.
        3. Target for software completion and RC is 1st week of Feb for standalone.
      3. Testing -????
        1. ACTION - COMPLETED Michalis to send pointers to Maxim for test cases document.
