  1. Developer status update on Hand-over of software and all specification documents and change logs:
    1. ALL - New version of package_maker script is on the SVN
      1. Switch RPM installation from /home/perfsonar (with a perfsonar user account) to /opt/perfsonar with perfsonar as a daemon user.
      2. perfSONAR-MDM installation more compliant to Linux standards.
      3. Please rebuild your RPM packages using the latest version, info on email from Guilherme - Wednesday, 16 April.
    2. ALL - Web Admin Jar - 0.8.3b is available - final version of the web admin stuff (includes AS configuration):
      1. 0.8.3b - perfsonar-web-admin jar is on SVN trunk
      2. New updated wizard that includes AS configuration
      3. Example ConfigurationHandler for the RRD MA to handle the AS configuration
      4. 0.8.3b - html + css is here
      5. All developers please make sure to read the updated Product Build Guide Document
      6. Michalis suggests that the developers write a document with information about the wizard configuration for their services. ACTION ONGOING Loukik to talk to Michalis and Gina about Installation actions document planning.
    3. Candido - Authentication Service

      2. Software - 1.0-RC7 is out. Webadmin 0.8.3b and last package_maker.pl. Last RC?
      3. Testing update (David and Patricia) - scripts are ready, result codes for the AS are here. Updates on testing of 1.0-RC6?

      2. Software - 1.2-RC5 is available. Date for RC6 with latest web admin and last package_maker.pl ?

      2. Software - 0.4-RC4 is out. Date for new RC with Authentication and corrected installation failures on the test machine as experienced by Stijn and using package_maker.pl ?
        1. WebAdmin tool rework is done. Gina has verified this and signed this off?
      3. Testing update (Stijn) Java scripts are ready. The standard tests are all passed. Stijn reported some minor reports on bugzilla, but this is nothing which affects the actual functionality of the MP. Time to test new RC?
    9. Guilherme - CLI MP
      1. Documentation and change logs available on SVN trunk
        1. ACTION ONGOING: Update documentation to reflect new message type ErrorResponse.
      2. Software - CL-MP 2.0-RC4 is out. Date for RC5 with new web admin and last package_maker.pl ?
      3. Testing (Jochem) - Testing on RC4 is ready?
        1. Tests:
          1. Ping functionality.
          2. Traceroute functionality
          3. AA support
          4. LS functionality
          5. Cron functionality - will be tested in RC4 - Example messages and RNCs fixed for CronList functionality

        1. RPM installation - set of rpms or just one with everything? - MDM packaging in progress.
        2. web-admin interface - webAdmin development - complete, it largely works, but does not yet match the other services look-n-feel. Jason is working on abstracting that part into style-sheets and templates.

    11. Maxim and Yee - Pinger
      1. Documentation - still being updated.

      2. Software - PingER is on track, aligned with perfSONOBuoy. Went through extensive testing and a couple of deployments. Web admin is almost ready.

    12. ACTION:Infrastructure to help functional testing - Test Infrastructure:
      1. A LS deployed so that people can register the information - DONE
      2. An AS service for people to test the authentication - DONE
      3. A server is ready and configured with Red-Hat. Debian and Free BSD will be available if there is a strong need for them. DONE
      4. Each development team will install the latest RC of their services and make a link for them available on the Wiki, so that we get web admin access to their test instance. If anyone needs to use DANTE server, just ask.

      3. Testing update (David and Patricia) - scripts are ready, result codes for the AS are here. Testing is being done, problems have been found, Cándido has released 1.0-RC8 solving those problems. Tests should be signed off tomorrow by Michalis.

      2. Software - 1.2-RC6 is ready to be crated, at least the rpm version for testing. It will be out today. On Monday, either Maciej or Szymon will install the new LS RC and make the link available for everyone.
      3. Testing update (Prodromos) - scripts are ready. Needs 4 or 5 hours to test new RC, testing should be complete by tomorrow end of day.
    3. Roman - RRD MA
      1. Documentation - All documents and change log on SVN trunk
      2. Software - 3.0-RC6 in rpm package is available on the wiki (so far only for 32 bit machines), tomorrow packages for other architectures should be made available. On Monday, Roman expects to have this service installed and ready to use.
      3. Testing update (Michalis) - Scripts are ready. Testing on RC6 will be done today and tomorrow.

        1. ACTION ONGOING Roman to read test reports and comment on them.

      2. Software - 2.0-RC6 will be available tomorrow or Monday morning. On Monday, Roman expects to have this service installed and ready to use.
      3. Testing update (Sasa Cavara) - scripts are ready. If RC6 is released tomorrow, Sasa will finish the tests by Monday unless he stumbles upon some major problems.
    5. Stijn - SSH-Telnet MP
      1. Documents and change log on SVN trunk
      2. Software - RC5 will be available tomorrow. On Monday, Stijn expects to have this service installed and ready to use.
      3. Testing Update (Panagiotis) - Panagiotis will be able to test RC5 on Monday.
        1. ACTION DONE:Some passwords on the routers have expired, Panagiotis to contact Gabor to solve this problem - all problems solved.
    6. Verena - BWCTL MP
      1. Documentation and change log available on DFN Erlangen SVN
      2. Software - 0.4-RC5 will be out today. The issues found on testing of RC4 are all resolved. Problems installing on 64 bit OS are because of dependency packages, this is being analyzed.
        1. WebAdmin tool rework is done and signed off.
      3. Testing update (Stijn) Java scripts are ready. The standard tests are all passed. Stijn will be able to test this new RC on Monday.
    7. Guilherme - CLI MP
      1. Documentation and change logs available on SVN trunk
        1. ACTION ONGOING: Update documentation to reflect new message type ErrorResponse - Szymon to check this.
      2. Software - CL-MP 2.0-RC5 will be out during the weekend.
      3. Testing (Jochem) - Finished testing RC4 (despite cron functionality, which will not be tested due to a lack of time) and found no more bugs. RC5 will take a few hours to test, probably finished during Monday.
    8. Jeff and Jason - perfSONOBuoy
      1. Documentation - Service documentation is finished.

      2. Software - development complete.
        1. RPM installation - MDM packaging in progress.

      2. Software - PingER is ready, Web admin is almost ready. For installing, executables will be available, in addition to RPMs. EXE will install anywhere the user wnats, RPMs are being changed to install in \opt\ folder.
  2. AOB - Each development team has to install the latest RC of their services and make a link for them available on the Wiki, so that we get web admin access to their test instance and the visualization tools developers can test their tools against these web services. If possible, developers should populate their installed instances with some data.
