  1. Developer status update on Hand-over of software and all specification documents and change logs:
    1. ALL - Web Admin Jar - 0.8b - new version is available.
      1. perfsonar-web-admin jar is on SVN trunk

      4. Michalis suggests that the developers write a document with information about the wizard configuration for their services. ACTION ONGOING Loukik to talk to Michalis and Gina about Installation actions document planning.
    2. Candido - Authentication Service
      1. Documentation and change log available on SVN trunk - Documentation updated to reflect new message type ErrorResponse?
      2. Software - There is a new RC3 in the SVN. Cándido is waiting for the new version of the webadmin jar to release the RC4 including the new template of log4j.properties.
      3. Testing update (David and Patricia) - scripts are ready, result codes for the AS are here. All functional tests are working for the AS except testing an Authenticated Service with SAML authentication, because of lacking of an schema compliant authenticated service (e.g. TelnetSSH MP). David and Patricia have only to document everything.
        1. ACTION ONGOING: David to send to Cándido the messages sent to the service, to ensure that they are the ones expected.
        2. ACTION ONGOING: David to do functional test on the AS, including the registration and echo-ping.
    3. Roman - RRD MA
      1. Documentation - All documents and change log on SVN trunk - Documentation updated to reflect new message type ErrorResponse?
      2. Software - 3.0-RC4 is available.
      3. Testing update (Michalis) - Scripts are ready. A bug in the authentication process was found and reported on bugzilla and to Candido. Roman says it must be a problem with AS and not RRD-MA. Any news on this topic? Waiting for tests on RC4.

        1. ACTION ONGOING Roman to read test reports and comment on them.
    4. Roman - SQL MA
      1. Documentation - All documents and change log on SVN trunk - Documentation updated to reflect new message type ErrorResponse?

      3. Testing update (Sasa Cavara) - scripts are ready.
        1. testing completed on the newest (RC4) version of SQL MA.
        2. installation went OK.
        3. LS registrations successful.
        4. AuthN tests went as expected.
        5. SOAPUI tests went as expected. Also, some new groovy assertion scripts have been added where ErrorResponse was tested.
        6. ACTION ONGOING Loukik to discuss SQL MA testing with Michalis - how is it that there are problems with LS and AA for Michalis but not for Sasa - are there configuration issues? Roman does updates first on SQL-MA and later on RRD-MA, maybe that's the cause? Let's wait for results of RC4 testing on both services.
    5. Stijn - SSH-Telnet MP
      1. Documents and change log on SVN trunk - Documentation updated to reflect new message type ErrorResponse?

      2. Software - 0.4-RC4 is out. WebAdmin configuration tool to configure BWCTL MP is out. WebAdmin tool rework: waiting for visuals from Loukik, as soon as Verena has these, the WebAdmin tool will be adjusted. A running version of the service would help in general. Stijn found one minor bug, will be corrected in the new RC.
      3. Testing update (Stijn) Java scripts are ready. Tests finished?
    7. Maciej - Single LS
      1. Documentation and change log available on SVN trunk - Documentation updated to reflect new message type ErrorResponse?
      2. Software - 1.2-RC3 is available. Last Friday Maciej did a new RC4 for Prodromos to test. New RC4 waiting for updated web admin jar, also with improved installation by rpm.
      3. Testing update (Prodromos) - scripts are ready. Testing on RC4 finished?
        1. Prodromos discovered new bugs, on installation (user rights) of LS and on schema. Maciej wants more information on installation bug. ACTION NEW: Prodromos will re-install the RC4 to try to reproduce the bug, and send more information about it to Maciej and Guilherme.
    8. Guilherme - CLI MP
      1. Documentation and change logs available on SVN trunk - Documentation updated to reflect new message type ErrorResponse?
      2. Software - CL-MP 2.0-RC3 is out on deb and rpm format with AA support.
      3. Testing (Jochem) - scripts ready to support new features. RC3 testing has finished?

      1. Documentation - ready, still to update documents with last changes on response schema.
      2. Software - PingER is on track, aligned with perfSONOBuoy. Went through extensive testing and a couple of deployments. Web admin is almost ready.

    11. ACTION:Infrastructure to help functional testing - Test Infrastructure:
      1. A LS deployed so that people can register the information - DONE According to Michalis, there seems to be a misconfiguration problem and the LS is not working properly.
        1. ACTION DONE: Szymon to install the new RC4 of LS as soon as it is made available. Szymon installed it. ACTION DONE Szymon to send an email to Michalis and to follow on this problem - Problem solved with LS RC4.
      2. An AS service for people to test the authentication - DONE
      3. A server is ready and configured with Red-Hat. Debian and Free BSD will be available if there is a strong need for them. DONE
          1. ACTION ONGOING:Loukik will start writing about using war files on the Product Build Guid document, and then Roman will review and complete this. Objective is to create war files for all java services.
          2. ACTION ONGOING:Loukik to discuss deb maker scripts and update functionality with Guilherme - scripts finished?
          3. New rpm developments (uninstall and upgrade) - already on Product Build Guid document?
      4. Each development team will install the latest RC of their services and make a link for them available on the Wiki. If anyone needs to use DANTE server, just ask.

      1. There are no major changes in this version, mostly look and feel issues which do not concern developers. However there is a small issue that needs to be handled, regarding a bug in the configuration process when eXist is already configured. In order to solve this possible inconsistency it is now required from the user to provide the admin password in the wizard. This is done by just adding another "mock" property element in wizard.properties, and by changing a little bit the code of the ConfigurationHandler implementation. All developers should check the email Michalis sent to the perfsonar-dev list.

      3. Testing Update (Panagiotis) - all tests done on RC3. Found some minor bugs, and some inconsistent commands between Juniper and Cisco. Panagiotis thinks this is a major bugs, but Stijn disagrees. ACTION NEW:Loukik and Michalis to discuss this with Panagiotis and Stijn after this conf. call.
    6. Verena - BWCTL MP
      1. Documentation and change log available on DFN Erlangen SVN - Documentation updated to reflect new message type ErrorResponse - done.
      2. Software - 0.4-RC4 is out. Waiting for feedback from testing to produce another RC. WebAdmin tool rework: visuals have been received, the WebAdmin tool will be adjusted. Michalis already has a running version of the new web admin, Verena will look at it.
      3. Testing update (Stijn) Java scripts are ready. Tests not finished, trying to install service on Debian. Stijn will send Loukik his public key so that he can install and test the service on Dante Red Hat server. Stijn predicts needing one day or two to test the service after installing it.
    7. Maciej - Single LS
      1. Documentation and change log available on SVN trunk - ACTION NEW:Update documentation to reflect new message type ErrorResponse.
      2. Software - 1.2-RC3 is available. RC4 will be released Monday or Tuesday next week, with new web admin and after a review of open bugs.
      3. Testing update (Prodromos) - scripts are ready. Testing on RC4 "previous version" almost finished, no serious bugs were found.
        1. Prodromos discovered new bugs, on installation (user rights) of LS and on schema. Maciej wants more information on installation bug. ACTION DONE: Prodromos to re-install the RC4 to try to reproduce the bug, and send more information about it to Maciej and Guilherme - Prodromos could not reproduce the bug, so he will see if this appears when testing RC4 with new web admin.
    8. Guilherme - CLI MP
      1. Documentation and change logs available on SVN trunk - Documentation updated to reflect new message type ErrorResponse?

          1. AA support - Maurizio has already created an account for Jochem, he sent him his PGP key. Now waiting for login and password.
          2. LS functionality - waiting for the LS installation to be fixed.
          3. Cron functionality - Testing has started. Found some issues with the schemas, but testing at least the basic cron functionality should not be a big issue. Not sure whether he will be able to finish the testing this week. Jochem is quite sure that he won't test the MA store functionality of the cron functionality. Three good reasons for this:
            1. Proper testing could only be done via the SQL-MA testing, because all you can do via CL-MP is to trigger writing test results to the MA. All other aspects of CL-MP support have to be tested with SQL MA itself.
            2. 2. The SQL MA of release 3.0 will not be able to store data from the CL-MP.
            3. We are running out of time.
            4. ACTION NEW: Loukik to discuss with Guilherme and Jochem the testing of the cron functionality.
