  1. Developer status update on Hand-over of software (11 January until 01 February) and all specification documents and change logs:
    1. Candido - Authentication Service
      1. Documentation complete, available on SVN trunk
      2. Software - Cândido has produced RC1 (GEANT2-JAVA-AS-RC1, already with admin servlets and rpm installation) last Monday and he said he didn't hear anything from the testers yet.
      3. Testing update
        1. ACTION DONE David to upload test cases document, test scripts and his module to help other developers onto SVN
        2. ACTION NEW Michalis to contact David and Patricia to test the new RC
    2. Roman - RRD MA
      1. Documentation - All documents on SVN
      2. Software - RC2 will be available as soon as some problems with integration of web admin are solved. Couple of days.
      3. Testing - Functional
        1. ACTION NEW Ilias to finish funcional testing scripts by next Wednesday. Michalis to follow on that.
      4. Testing - Performance
        1. ACTION NEW Ilias to finish reports on the performance testing by next Wednesday. Michalis to follow on that.
        2. ACTION NEW Roman to read test reports and comment on them.
    3. Roman - SQL MA
      1. Documentation - All documents on SVN
      2. Software - Roman is waiting for changes Michalis is making on the admin servlets. Expected to be delivered by middle next week. If deadline is met, Roman will have a new RC with those changes included by end of next week.
      3. Testing update
        1. L2 path status tests complete, utilisation tests and discards metrics test are also ready. Sasa mentioned that he will need about two weeks to test the service, after the new RC is ready.
      4. Admin servlet (Michalis) - middle of next week.
    4. Stijn - SSH-Telnet MP
      1. Documentation complete, available on SVN
      2. Software - New RC will be ready beggining of next week, with RPM installation and web admin.
      3. Testing
        1. ACTION ONGOING: Test cases are documented? - Ilias mentioned he will finish the testing scripts for previous version until Wednesday. This way, Panagiotis will only have to develop the tests that are missing for the new version, and run the scripts. Ilias mentioned that he will talk to Panagiotis before leaving. Michalis will follow on this.
    5. Verena - BWCTL MP
      1. Documentation complete
      2. Software - Verena was not on the conf. call, but Jochem mentioned that she is releasing a new RC on the next days, but he is not sure that this RC will include installation with CPAN and web admin.
      3. ACTION NEW Michalis to get an update about the web admin status for BWCTL.
      4. Testing update
        1. Test cases document - not started? Due to lack of manpower, use the old java scripts so that Stijn would just test the service?
        2. Old test scripts will not test new functionalities. ACTION NEW Michalis to contact Verena to see what the changes are exactly.
      5. ACTION NEW Jochem to update Product Build Guide document for Perl services.
    6. Maciej - Single LS
      1. Documentation - ready.
      2. Software - Maciej said he is having some doubts with web admin, and that he sent an email to Gina about some of the questions to ask on the wizard but he got no answer. He is going to re-send the email. Also some problems with RPM errors. Apart from this, code of the service is stable, RC2 version on the wiki.
      3. ACTION NEW Luis to investigate if Dante has a server with RedHat installed so that Maciej and Roman can test the RPM installation.
      4. Testing update - Prodromos is performing testing, and has filled some bugs on Bugzilla that did not get any answer from Maciej. ACTION NEW Maciej to look at LS bugs on Bugzilla.
    7. Guilherme - CLI MP
      1. Documentation - not finished, but RNC files sent to Jochem for testing. Should be finished end of next week.
      2. Software - RC1 is ready. Guilherme is now working on the web admin wizard, and RC2 with web admin and RPM will be ready end of next week.
      3. Testing - Jochem is not being able to find the testing scripts that were used to test CLI-MP on last release. ACTION NEW Michalis to try to get them.

      2. Software - Webadmin is ready and based on perl CGI::Ajax + CSS + HTML::Templates. ACTION NEW Michalis to send Maxim and Verena the same snapshots he got from Paul, on how the web admin should look and feel. Visualization ( graphs, charts) for data is ready and based on perl CGI.Packaging in progress. Profiling performance of the services right now and resolving some performance issues with very large (hundreds of mds and thousands or datums) response messages.
      3. Testing - Functional tests are done for valid requests, invalid/malformed requests will be added today or tomorrow. All schemas are uploaded and soapUI assertions finilized.
