Metric Composition Framework
A less intrusive tool than iperf to measure available bandwidth on a path has been tested. The current tests seems to show is that the tool seems rather not fit for troubleshooting. Investigation are carried out to find out if such tool would be accurate enough for e2e regular measurements.

Collaborations
A JRA1 meeting was held in Utrecht and was hosted by Surfnet. The meeting format changed over the previous meeting by organising, in parallel, sessions dedicated to specific topics. This allowed more time for the people to liaise with one another. A meeting was held in Berlin for defining the future utilisation of the cNIS developed by SA3. The cNIS tool will supersede the Topology Service developed by JRA1.
Plans for GÉANT2 Year 4 have been started.
