New pS Wiki structure

This page aims at discussing proposal of splitting the curent Wiki into two: JRA1 wiki and pS wiki. Before we implement it we'd like to agree on it's content.

JRA1 wiki
- Goal
- Provide a work area for JRA1 participants to publicize work, and document work and meetings specific to the GN2 contract and deliverables (including SA WI15 and MDM). Also for keeping articles of on-going work.
- Target audience
- JRA1 members and clients including collaborators.
- Content
- Project partners
- Contacts and communication
- JRA1 documents
- JRA1 downloads and releases
- Implementation specifics for code developed primarily by JRA-1, or for JRA-1 deliverables.
- Service-Desk and generally User Support
- JRA-1 specific meetings and events - that are not open to the general public.
- On-going work documents (most of the current "Resources (on-going work)" content

perfSONAR wiki
- Goal
- Publicize the perfSONAR methodology, protocol and community. Provide information about the full community wide effort. This is focused on building the community both of developers and users.
- Target audience
- Developer community for protocol level interoperability issues (some of this will move to OGF if that is accepted by OGF).
- NOC staff responsible for monitoring/measurement (This site will likely have information on what tools are good for what tasks.)
- End users (What visualizations are available? What should I be asking my network admins to be supporting?)
- Content
- Much of the 'overview' and 'protocol'/'schema' content from the current wiki.
- Overview information about where more information about implementations (say a list of current implementations with links to them) would be reasonable.
- Community-wide meetings such as the pS-dev meetings/calls.
- pS consortium information
