Task

Each work-item consists of several tasks. A task is a logical sub-division of a work-item regrouping a set of actions which have a similar goal and which have been identified and regrouped together. The tasks are considered as the important and constitutive part of a work-item. E.g. R2: State of the art (state of the art of the various components of the infrastructure), D2: General Framework Design. Each task is co-ordinated by a task leader.
