  1. NS to investigate the ACAD-BREN question raised by Andreas.
  2. NS to ensure that both MP are using at least a common schema.
  3. LK to investigate the date of the RRD MA release.
  4. NS and LK to investigate the SSH/Telnet MP changes, why things aren't as expected and what needs to be done.
  5. SK to ensure that there is a BWCTL plug in available in perfsonarUI-mdm for mid-August.
  6. LK to provide the list of features and services for pS3.0 (early 2008).
  7. ST to raise awareness about the cross service re-utilisation
  8. next perfsonar service: limit the attendance.

    • For LHC already mentioned.
    • For DEISA, we didn't get any more information since Paris.
  4. Next releases
    • EGEE need backward compatibility. So beware of ruthless schema changes for what EGEE uses.
    • ps2.1: only part of it will be achieved. E2EMON MP will be handeled in two phases. The SSH/Telnet will only contain some changes.
    • ps2.2 : the rest of E2EMon changes, RRD MA and a web-page to handle configurations (preparation to RPM).
    • ps3.0 : LK to provide the list of services and features.
    • Release management need the same process across several web-services. Re-use as many things as possible forhaving consistency. ST will coordinate this part.

Mast Meetings Actions

From the MDM conf call 10/07

  • SK and NS to identify other synchronisation sources: NTP synchronisation.
    • LK mentioned that he understook from Jeff Boote that the only way to get proper synchronisation is to get GPS with stratum1. The four NTP solution was developed to ease the deployment.
  • NS to investigate the situation on LHC.
    • LHC seems OK with the concept of managed service. Several questions were raised and need addressing before the next meeting.
  • ST to check mLS availability for October
    • MG will start in two weeks. The target date seems so far achievable.
    • Documentation and schema should be available before mid-October to allow functional testing.
  • AH to coordinate the mLS utilisation by the visualisation tools for November
    • Will start coordinating it around September.
    • AH raise the question about ACAD and BREN.
  • ST to identify the list of counter to monitor and have it validated by PERT (13/07) - Done
  • AH Input errors and output drops, ensure that schema is delivered (27/07) - on-going
    • LK raise the point about having both MA talking the same schema.
  • RL to implement the error and drop schema in pS base (15/08)
  • RL to provide a version of RRD MA with input error and output drop (31/08)
    • Seems feasible by that date. It depends how different the schema is.
  • LK to ensure the release of the RRD MA (17/09)
    • LK to investigate the date.
  • NS to identify two networks to provide input errors and output drops (15/08)

  • AH to synchronise with ISTF for having psUI accessing input errors and output drops (31/07)
