Actions

LK and AH: make a proposal on the point on consistency of the NM-WG schema and the deployment within the MDM service.
LK: create a workflow for updating the contend of the perfSONAR.net pages.
NS: contact Eric about the perfsonar.net workflow (By 24/11).
LK: SA3-WI15 - prepare some questionnaires about directions to take for the visualisation tools at the end fo the pilot, plus hands on exercices to ensure that they have used the visualisation and thus are able to comment on them.
AH: coordiate the integration with URL so that it is easy to use by the NOC and PERT for the Pilot.
SK to ensure that for Thursday, some TCP full speed tests can be run and for longer term to have all the JRA1 boxes ready at full speed.
NS: when will the budget be approved for the Pilot.
LK: investigate with Dante if the TopS can be deployed. AH to deploy it.
NS to update the January workshop agenda.

NS to follow-up with Martin Swany on the template document.
- MS has been unvailable the last three weeks.
ST to set-up a multi-LS conf call to follow-up on latest actions.
NS to dedicate a day of the next GN2 workshop on performances (Monday)
- Moved on Wednesday. No meeting on Monday.
AH to provide a proposal to ensure that the visualisation tools
- evolves in sync with the released software and are provided at the same time.
- provides accurate data (correct timing, proper data, properly displayed, gather all the data over time, and check every feature that a user may use)

Andreas started some preliminary work. Would be available end of the week.

On-going task in writing of the templates (to be given to the developers by 10th of November). Hope it will be finished by the end of this week. ST has done an excellent work on the templates. For MS template, we will provide a draft not waiting for MS so that it could help him. MS still need to validate it.
Handover document has reached a very good stage.
- AH: handover process should take care of the schema versions and it is not covered in the document. There should be a clear reference to a schema version.
In Service Support Web-pages: form to be used as basis for the trouble ticket system. Will be made available from www.geant2.net > Service.
Maintenance of perfSONAR web-pages rules are a bit unclear.

CNM: dashboard is being implemented and will work on the PKIs (end of November).
VisualperfSONAR: implemented some functionalities
- What are the difference in term of use between VpS and psUI? VisualperfSONAR is more of a path. psUI is more visualisation of data directly, more for monitoring, visualperfSONAR is more for deper analyses - Not really clear at this stage.
- Frist step of a user would always be the same and not too overloaded with information. Things can be integrated. Trial : find out the best way of integrating things.
TopS
- Ulisses announced that it will be released towards the end of this week.

Netflow: problems with the netflow tool because IG left and HT has been out for some time. They are running into problems because he has major problem to install pS tools. Tried to make some contact with him and PSNC and I2 guys were not available. SK to follow on those points.
Telnet/SSH: new plans for 2007. Currently, they do functional tests.
SNMP tool: no news about it. LK in charge but has other priorities (SA3 WI-15 and AA in nobody else is to be found).
Passive: end of January to integrate the measurement point within perfSONAR.
- SK: raise the point about law: store data non anonymised by be a problem even if you anonymised them later on.
Hades: multi-domain scheduling the tests so that the tests don't interfere with one-another. First static, then in the lookup service. Feedback on IPv6 addresses from NRENs.
- Plans for next year, they plan some agreement with Bee. Next year, need to change the hardware, because old hardware not available anymore.
BWCTL: IPv6 measurement are running.
